The trial between telecommunication corporations

Do you remember that there are exactly sixty seconds in a minute? But lately one of the IDT companies announced that lots of corporations, which sell phone cards, give only 36 seconds instead of 60. Lots of world-known corporations asserted that there can't be any upright competition if one of competitors has got unjust advantages before the start of a rivalry. IDT/UTA (Union Telecard Alliance) company decided to sue the different corporations-providers of prepaid phone cards for the unfair rivalry circumstances on a phone services market.

That is hard to believe, but some of dishonest card developers give just about 60% of time, that were prepaid for. Recently Total Call International and IDT/UTA was blamed for illegal actions by the group of telephone companies that comprised IDT Telecom Inc. and LLC. Earlier IDT/UTA began enforcement procedure against the group of defendants for three times. Epana Networks, Inc., Dollar Phone Corp. and related companies, and Locus Telecommunications, Inc are also involved into the trial. IDT/UTA's suit against the residuary accused is still persisting in federal tribunal in Newark, New Jersey.
